					MARGASA Airlay Machine FELTECH: It is specially designed for the Mats production made with textile fibres, recycled or natural, and the use of resins as bonding component. The formed Mat can be bonded physically or chemically to have an end-product of installation felts, matress pads, filters, geotextile, carpet underlay etc. The production of the machine is from 300 gr/m2 up to 3.000 gr/m2. The speed is up to 15 m/min. depending on the kind of fibres and final mat weight. BONINO NONWOVEN CARD till 6 m, nonwoven cards without avantren can be manufactured. This gives Bonino,the advantage of giving offers of turn-key projects. For example, all kinds cards to produce nonwoven products like cotton spunlace, substrate for bitumen application, embroidery nonwovens, wadding… etc from 10 gr up to 3.000 gr, can be manufactured. SICAM manufactures ovens to be used in all kinds of nonwoven and staple producing mills. TECHNOPLANTS has the group of fully automatic machines designed for the continuous cutting and batching of fabrics and materials which are thermally, chemically or mechanically bonded. The fully automated work cycle consist of slitting and trimming of the material, automatically winding around a cardboard core, crosscutting it and expelling the batch upon reaching the programmed length. In addition to these, high yield crosslapper is added to the production range.
